The invention relates to a vehicle thermal runaway risk early warning method, device and equipment, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring thermal runaway monitoring data corresponding to a first vehicle under the condition that the first vehicle is detected to be in a charging state; when it is predicted that the thermal runaway probability of the first vehicle is higher than a preset probability threshold value according to the thermal runaway monitoring data, whether a second vehicle exists in a preset first distance range of the first vehicle or not is detected; and if it is determined that a second vehicle exists in the preset first distance range of the first vehicle, first early warning information is sent to the second vehicle. By adopting the method, the safety risk of the vehicle without thermal runaway caused by the influence of the thermal runaway accident can be reduced.
