The invention discloses a battery replacement synchronous locking method and a battery replacement synchronous unlocking method, during battery replacement locking, a locking and unlocking mechanism of a battery replacement robot drives a locking rotation assembly of a battery to rotate along a locking rotation direction, whether all the locking rotation assemblies of the battery reach preset positions or not is judged, if yes, locking is continued, and if not, locking is stopped; if yes, all the locking rotating assemblies of the battery are unlocked firstly, then locking and battery replacing unlocking are conducted, when locking and battery replacing unlocking are conducted, a locking and unlocking mechanism of the battery replacing robot drives the locking rotating assemblies of the battery to rotate in the unlocking rotating direction, whether all the locking rotating assemblies of the battery reach the preset positions or not is judged, if yes, unlocking continues, and if not, unlocking is conducted. And if so, all the locking rotating components of the battery are locked firstly and then unlocked. According to the battery locking and unlocking device, unsuccessful locking or unlocking of one or more locking and rotating assemblies of the battery can be prevented, deformation of the locking and unlocking mechanism, the locking mechanism and the lock catch is avoided, and potential safety hazards can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种换电同步加锁方法及换电同步解锁方法,换电加锁时,换电机器人的加解锁机构带动电池的锁止旋转组件沿加锁旋转方向旋转,判断电池的所有锁止旋转组件是否都已到达预设位置,如是,则继续加锁,如否,则电池的所有锁止旋转组件先解锁,然后接着加锁,换电解锁时,换电机器人的加解锁机构带动电池的锁止旋转组件沿解锁旋转方向旋转,判断电池的所有锁止旋转组件是否都已到达预设位置,如是,则继续解锁,如否,则电池的所有锁止旋转组件先加锁,然后接着解锁。本发明可以防止电池的某个或某些锁止旋转组件加锁或解锁不成功,避免加解锁机构、锁止机构以及锁扣产生变形并可减少安全隐患。
