The invention relates to the technical field of charging and battery swapping, and particularly provides a battery swapping locking and unlocking control method for a battery swapping station. The invention aims to solve the safety problem caused by the fact that a bolt of a vehicle battery is not tightened in the locking and unlocking process of an existing battery swap station, and a vehicle runs away from the battery swap station. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the battery replacement locking and unlocking control method for the battery replacement station, the battery replacement station comprises a parking platform and a locking and unlocking mechanism, and the control method comprises the following steps that a battery of a vehicle on the parking platform is locked through the locking and unlocking mechanism; performing an unlocking operation on the battery in an unlocking direction at a torque less than the maximum locking torque after performing the locking operation; the rotating speed of the locking and unlocking mechanism in the unlocking direction is obtained; and determining whether the vehicle is allowed to leave the parking platform according to the rotating speed. According to the method, it can be guaranteed that the vehicle is driven away from the parking platform only when all battery bolts are completely tightened, and the safety and reliability of vehicle driving are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及充换电技术领域,具体提供一种用于换电站的换电加解锁控制方法。本发明旨在解决现有换电站由于在加解锁过程中出现车辆电池的螺栓未拧紧,车辆就驶离换电站而带来的安全问题。为此目的,本发明提供了一种用于换电站的换电加解锁控制方法,其中,换电站包括停车平台和加解锁机构,控制方法包括以下步骤:通过加解锁机构对停车平台上的车辆的电池执行加锁操作;在执行加锁操作之后,以小于最大加锁扭矩的扭矩沿解锁方向对电池执行解锁操作;获取加解锁机构沿解锁方向的转速;根据转速,确定是否允许车辆驶离停车平台。本发明的方法能保证车辆在所有电池螺栓都完全拧紧的状态下才驶离停车平台,保证了车辆行驶的安全性和可靠性。
