The polyurethane rubber sleeve is adopted, the pressing force on the plate spring seat is increased, meanwhile, the impact force on the balance shaft is reduced, and the service life of the balance shaft is greatly prolonged; meanwhile, the steel pipe and the steel plate are pre-embedded in the rubber sleeve, so that the strength of the rubber sleeve is enhanced, the rubber sleeve has a larger expansion space in the direction of the plate spring seat and is attached more tightly, the rubber sleeve and the plate spring seat do not rotate relatively during working, the rubber sleeve and the balance shaft rotate relatively, the rubber sleeve can play a better buffering role on the balance shaft, and the service life of the balance shaft is prolonged. And the service lives of the balance shaft and the rubber sleeve are prolonged.
本发明公开了一种免维护平衡悬架总成,包括支架、连接轴、平衡轴和板簧座,板簧座与平衡轴之间设置有胶套,胶套由套筒和侧挡圈组成,套筒靠内圈处预埋有一支撑钢管,侧挡圈内预埋有钢板;平衡轴的外侧端设有一端盖将胶套和板簧座压紧在支架上。本发明采用聚氨酯胶套,增大对板簧座的压紧力,同时降低对平衡轴的冲击力,大大提高了平衡轴的使用寿命;同时通过在胶套内预埋钢管和钢板,增强了胶套的强度,使得胶套向板簧座方向有更大的膨胀空间,贴合更紧密,工作时胶套与板簧座不会相对转动,胶套与平衡轴相对转动,而胶套对平衡轴能起到更好的缓冲作用,延长平衡轴和胶套的使用寿命。
