The invention provides a split actuation type oil-gas active suspension and a control method. The suspension comprises a suspension controller, a hydraulic actuator, a motor type actuator electrically connected with the suspension controller and a sensor used for collecting motion state information of a suspension system, and the motor type actuator is connected with the hydraulic actuator through a hydraulic oil pipeline. The suspension controller outputs a control signal based on a sensor output signal according to a certain control algorithm to control the motor type actuator, the motor type actuator drives the hydraulic actuator to act through hydraulic transmission, and therefore active control over the suspension system is achieved. A hydraulic actuator of a traditional passive hydro-pneumatic suspension is reserved, and the active transformation cost and difficulty of the passive hydro-pneumatic suspension can be reduced. Under the driving working condition of better road conditions, the power-on control on the servo motor is stopped, and the suspension system is passively controlled by the hydraulic actuator, so that the power consumption can be reduced, and the aim of saving energy can be fulfilled.

    本发明提供一种分体作动式油气主动悬架及控制方法。所述悬架包括:悬架控制器,液力式作动器,与悬架控制器电连接的电机式作动器和用于采集悬架系统运动状态信息的传感器,所述电机式作动器通过液压油管道与液力式作动器连接;悬架控制器基于传感器输出信号,按照一定的控制算法输出控制信号对电机式作动器进行控制,电机式作动器通过液压传递驱动液力式作动器动作,从而实现对悬架系统的主动控制。本发明保留传统被动油气悬架的液力式作动器,能够降低被动油气悬架的主动化改造成本与难度。在道路条件较好的行驶工况下,通过停止对伺服电机的控制上电,由液力式作动器对悬架系统进行被动控制,可降低功耗达到节能的目的。
