According to the invention, aiming at traffic operation characteristics of highway tunnel area sections, on the basis of deeply analyzing highway tunnel operation safety management requirements, traffic operation safety influence factors are analyzed, and the influence range and classification of traffic events are studied; the objective of the invention is to reduce the occurrence frequency of existing highway tunnel traffic events, prevent the occurrence of secondary accidents, and provide accurate, timely and intelligent traffic event emergency disposal decision basis for tunnel area traffic managers.
