The embodiment of the invention discloses a traffic accident influence range prediction method and device and a computer storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the average speed of vehicles in a road section when there is no accident, and obtaining a first average speed; obtaining the average speed of the vehicles on the road section when the accident occurs to obtain a second average speed; obtaining a speed ratio of the accident road section according to the first average speed and the second average speed; when the speed ratio meets a first threshold value, obtaining the average speed of the vehicle passing through the intersection in each direction of theupstream adjacent intersection, and determining the intersection delay value of the upstream adjacent intersection in each direction according to the average speed of the vehicle passing through the intersection in each direction of the upstream adjacent intersection; when the delay value of any intersection meets a second threshold value, determining a target lane; and determining the boundary position influenced by the accident based on the target lane, thereby determining the road section range influenced by the traffic accident by combining the speed ratio with the intersection delay value, and improving the efficiency of determining the specific influence range of the accident.

    本发明实施例公开了一种交通事故影响范围预测方法、装置及计算机存储介质,包括:获取无事故时路段车辆的平均速度,得到第一平均速度;获取发生事故时路段车辆的平均速度,得到第二平均速度;根据第一平均速度、第二平均速度,得到事故路段的速度比;当速度比满足第一阈值,获取上游邻近交叉口的每一方向通过交叉口的平均速度,根据通过交叉口的平均速度和无事故时每一方向通过交叉口的平均速度,确定上游邻近交叉口每一方向的交叉口延误值;当任一交叉口延误值满足第二阈值,确定目标车道;基于目标车道,确定事故影响的边界位置,如此,通过速度比结合交叉口延误值,确定交通事故影响路段范围,提高确定事故具体影响范围的效率。
