The invention provides a traffic accident prediction method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of acquiring the historical probability of a target vehicle basedon historical traffic accidents on a target road; determining at least one first proportion corresponding to the at least one monitorable factor; determining a first probability based on the historical probability and at least one first proportion; and determining a prediction probability of the target vehicle based on the first probability, wherein the prediction probability is used for representing the possibility that the target vehicle has a traffic accident on the target road. The method can relate to technologies such as automatic driving or auxiliary driving of artificial intelligence,the accuracy of accident prediction can be improved, the early warning effect can be improved, the implementation complexity can be reduced, and the timeliness and practicability of prediction and early warning are improved.
