The invention provides a hydraulic and mechanical electric control matched chassis brake-by-wire system. The hydraulic and mechanical electric control matched chassis brake-by-wire system comprises a hydraulic brake subsystem and a mechanical brake subsystem, the hydraulic braking subsystem comprises a first controller, a liquid storage tank, a driving motor, a driving transmission mechanism, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic brake, a first liquid inlet pipeline connected between the liquid storage tank and a liquid inlet of the hydraulic cylinder, a first liquid outlet pipeline connected between a liquid outlet of the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic brake, and a push rod stroke sensor; the driving motor is in communication connection with the first controller; the mechanical braking subsystem comprises a second controller, a braking motor, a braking transmission mechanism and a mechanical brake, and the braking motor is in communication connection with the second controller; the push rod stroke sensor is in communication connection with the first controller and/or the second controller. The hydraulic braking subsystem and the mechanical braking subsystem are adopted for braking the front wheels and the rear wheels correspondingly, a braking hydraulic pipeline is shortened, the risk of high-pressure liquid leakage is reduced, and the locking time and the braking distance are shortened.

    本发明提供一种液压与机械电控配合的底盘线控制动系统,包括液压制动子系统和机械制动子系统;液压制动子系统包括第一控制器、储液箱、驱动电机、驱动传动机构、液压缸、液压制动器、连接在储液箱与液压缸的进液口之间的第一进液管路、连接在液压缸的出液口与液压制动器之间的第一出液管路和推杆行程传感器,驱动电机与第一控制器通讯连接;机械制动子系统包括第二控制器、制动电机、制动传动机构和机械制动器,制动电机与第二控制器通讯连接;推杆行程传感器与第一控制器和/或第二控制器通讯连接。本申请分别采用液压制动子系统和机械制动子系统去制动前轮和后轮,缩短制动液压管路,降低高压液体泄露的风险,还缩短抱死时间和制动距离。
