A lead-acid storage battery charging management system disclosed by the present invention comprises a battery protector, the battery protector is provided with a circuit board, the circuit board is provided with a DCDC voltage conversion circuit, a charging control circuit and a plurality of temperature sensors, and the DCDC voltage conversion circuit, an input filter circuit and the charging control circuit are electrically connected with each other. The charging control circuit comprises a control chip, a photoelectric coupler and a power MOS tube, the control chip is connected with a grid electrode of the power MOS tube, a drain electrode of the power MOS tube is connected with a negative electrode of the battery pack, a source electrode of the power MOS tube is connected with a negative electrode of an input line of the charger, the control chip is electrically connected with the temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is attached to the inner wall of a single battery of the battery pack through a lead. The control chip compares a temperature value detected by the temperature sensor with a preset temperature value and then controls the conduction time of the power MOS tube so as to change the input charging current. The method has the advantages that the battery temperature is detected in real time, battery charging swelling is prevented by adjusting the charging current, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种铅酸蓄电池充电管理系统,包括电池保护器,电池保护器设有电路板,电路板设有DCDC电压转换电路、充电控制电路和若干温度传感器,DCDC电压转换电路、输入滤波电路、充电控制电路相互电性连接,充电控制电路包括控制芯片、光电耦合器、功率MOS管,控制芯片与功率MOS管的栅极相连,功率MOS管的漏极和电池组负极相连,功率MOS管的源极与充电器输入线负极相连,控制芯片与温度传感器电性连接,温度传感器用引线贴附在电池组的单节电池内壁,控制芯片根据温度传感器的检测温度数值与温度预定值对比后控制功率MOS管的导通时间以改变输入充电电流。本发明具有实时检测电池温度,通过调节充电电流防止产生电池充鼓,提高电池使用寿命等优点。
