The invention discloses a fuel cell vehicle online energy management method based on an equivalent consumption minimum strategy, and relates to the field of new energy vehicles. The method comprises an off-line part and an on-line part, wherein the off-line part comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle driving condition data; establishing a fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle model; based on the Pontryagin minimum principle, a Hamiltonian function is established through an objective function, and an optimal solution of historical working condition data is obtained through a targeting method; and taking the obtained optimal solution as a sample set to train an LSTM model. The online part comprises the following steps: predicting the future short-term speed of the vehicle on line based on network connection information; obtaining an optimal co-state variable in real time by using the trained LSTM model; obtaining an optimal equivalent factor according to the relation between the PMP and the ECMS; and the optimal power distribution of the fuel cell vehicle is solved in real time through the ECMS. According to the method, the result has good global optimization, the calculation efficiency is high, and the real-time performance is good; the method comprehensively considers the influence of the historical information and future information of the vehicle, and improves the fuel economy and the robustness of a management strategy.

    本发明公开了一种基于等效消耗最小策略的燃料电池汽车在线能量管理方法,涉及新能源汽车领域。该方法包括离线和在线两部分,离线部分包括:获取车辆驾驶工况数据;建立燃料电池混合动力汽车模型;基于庞特里亚金极小值原理,由目标函数建立哈密顿函数,用打靶法得到历史工况数据的最优解;将得到的最优解作为样本集训练LSTM模型。在线部分包括:基于网联信息在线预测车辆未来短期速度;利用训练好的LSTM模型实时得到最优协态变量;根据PMP与ECMS的关系得到最优等效因子;通过ECMS实时求解燃料电池汽车最优功率分配。本发明结果具有良好的全局优化性,计算效率高,实时性好;综合考虑了车辆历史信息与未来信息的影响,提升了燃油经济性和管理策略的鲁棒性。
