The invention discloses a remaining mileage estimation method and device of a fuel cell vehicle and a vehicle control unit, and the remaining mileage estimation method comprises the steps: obtaining the vehicle speed of the vehicle, and carrying out the integral calculation of the vehicle speed to obtain the driving mileage of the vehicle, calculating the electric quantity change of the rechargeable vehicle-mounted energy storage device and the energy change corresponding to the hydrogen consumption of the fuel system; acquiring an electric quantity change value of the rechargeable vehicle-mounted energy storage device and an energy change value corresponding to hydrogen consumption of the fuel system; calculating hundred kilometer energy consumption of the whole vehicle according to a preset mileage threshold value, the electric quantity change value and the energy change value; obtaining the current residual electric quantity of the rechargeable vehicle-mounted energy storage device and the current residual available hydrogen quantity of the fuel system; and estimating the remaining mileage of the vehicle according to the hundred-kilometer energy consumption of the whole vehicle, the current remaining electric quantity and the current remaining available hydrogen amount. Therefore, by means of the remaining mileage estimation method, the calculated amount and the calibration amount are small, the accuracy of the estimated value is high, and a user can accurately know the remaining driving mileage value.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池车辆的剩余里程估算方法、装置及整车控制器,剩余里程估算方法包括:获取车辆的车速,并对车速进行积分计算以获得车辆的行驶里程,以及对可充电车载储能装置的电量变化和燃料系统氢气消耗对应的能量变化进行计算;获取可充电车载储能装置的电量变化值和燃料系统氢气消耗对应的能量变化值;根据预设里程阈值、电量变化值和能量变化值计算整车百公里能耗;获取可充电车载储能装置的当前剩余电量和燃料系统的当前剩余可用氢气量;根据整车百公里能耗、当前剩余电量和当前剩余可用氢气量估算车辆的剩余里程。由此,通过本申请的剩余里程估算方法,计算量和标定量小,估算值的准确度高,可以使用户准确得知剩余续驶里程值。
