The invention provides a pure electric vehicle two-gear transmission gear shifting method based on transmission efficiency. The method comprises the steps that the current battery pack output power is obtained; obtaining the current motor driving power; obtaining the load power of the whole vehicle accessory; the torque value after gear shifting is calculated according to the current vehicle speed, and the transmission efficiency after gear shifting is calculated according to the universal characteristic curve of the motor; and the current system transmission efficiency is compared with the transmission efficiency value after gear shifting, and the gear with the high transmission efficiency is selected as the optimal gear. According to the pure electric vehicle two-gear transmission gear shifting method based on the transmission efficiency, the output efficiency of the power battery pack and the motor efficiency can be taken into consideration, it is guaranteed that the transmission efficiency of the whole vehicle is in the optimal economical state all the time, and the disadvantage that the efficiency of a driving motor is singly considered is avoided; the method has a good effect on a gear shifting control strategy of the two-gear transmission AMT of the pure electric vehicle.

    本发明提供了一种基于传动效率的纯电动汽车两档变速器换挡方法,获取当前电池包输出功率;获取当前电机驱动功率;获取整车附件的负载功率;根据当前车速计算出换挡后的扭矩值,并根据电机的万有特性曲线计算出换挡后的传动效率;将当前系统传动效率和换挡之后的传动效率值进行比较,选取传动效率较大的档位作为最佳档位。本发明所述的一种基于传动效率的纯电动汽车两档变速器换挡方法能够兼顾动力电池包的输出效率和电机效率,保证了整车的传动效率始终处在最佳经济性状态,避免了单一考虑驱动电机效率的劣势,对于纯电动汽车两档变速器AMT换挡控制策略拥有较好的效果。
