Wherein the top sleeve is nested outside a plurality of tower body section frames which are sequentially stacked and connected together through high-strength bolts, two layers of outer sleeves are mounted on the inner side of the top sleeve, and eight symmetrical outer sleeves are arranged in each layer; the transmission connection cooperation between the telescopic structures where any two opposite guide wheels are located can effectively prevent the rotary base from shaking relative to the tower body section frame in the lifting process due to the fact that the balance arm and the cargo boom are unbalanced.
