The invention discloses an efficient tail gas waste heat energy recovery system based on a refrigerator car, which comprises an organic Rankine cycle system for performing heat exchange with tail gas exhausted by an automobile engine exhaust pipe through an insertion piece type micro-channel heat exchanger to obtain tail gas waste heat energy and performing mechanical work outwards through a cycle working medium; the mechanical transmission and power generation system is connected with the organic Rankine cycle system, transmits the mechanical work made by the organic Rankine cycle system to the vapor compression refrigeration cycle system, and generates power by using redundant mechanical energy; and the vapor compression refrigeration cycle system is connected with the mechanical transmission and power generation system, and the mechanical work transmitted by the mechanical transmission and power generation system is used for refrigeration. The organic Rankine cycle system and the vehicle-mounted refrigeration system are effectively combined, energy is directly input into the refrigeration system and the power generation system, refrigeration energy and vehicle power utilization energy are saved, and waste heat energy of automobile exhaust is fully exerted.

    本发明公开了一种基于冷藏车的尾气余热能量高效回收系统,包括:有机朗肯循环系统,通过插片式微通道换热器与汽车发动机排气管排出的尾气进行热交换,获取尾气余热热能,并通过循环工质对外做机械功;机械传动与发电系统,与有机朗肯循环系统连接,传动有机朗肯循环系统所做的机械功至蒸气压缩制冷循环系统,并用多余的机械能进行发电;蒸气压缩制冷循环系统,与机械传动与发电系统连接,将机械传动与发电系统传递的机械功用于冷藏制冷。本发明将有机朗肯循环系统与车载冷藏制冷系统有效结合,分别将能量直接输入到制冷系统以及发电系统,既节约了制冷、车辆用电的能量,又充分发挥了汽车尾气的余热能量。
