The present invention is a power management system (100) having a plurality of power regulation resources electrically connected to a microgrid (MG). Each of the plurality of power conditioning resources has a parking space (18), and includes a plurality of charging and discharging devices (17) configured to be able to supply power from any one of the plurality of power supply vehicles (8) to the microgrid (MG) when the vehicle is parked in the parking space (18). The CEMS server (2) is configured to manage the parking space (18) and, in a case where the power supply/demand balance of the micro-grid (MG) is excessive demand, allocate the parking space (18) for supplying power to the micro-grid (MG) to a vehicle in response to a power supply request of the micro-grid (MG) among the plurality of power supply vehicles (8).
