This power management system (100) is provided with: a plurality of power regulation resources electrically connected to a microgrid (MG); and a CEMS server (2) that manages a plurality of power conditioning resources. The plurality of power conditioning resources includes a plurality of FCEVs (9) configured to supply power to a microgrid (MG). Each of the plurality of FCEVs (9) is disposed so as to be able to execute a refresh process for removing an oxide film formed on a catalyst electrode of the FC laminate (906) by generating power exceeding a predetermined power by the FC laminate (906). The CEMS server (2) adjusts the execution timing of the refresh process between the plurality of FCEVs (9) during the supply of power to the microgrid (MG), so as to respond to the power supply/demand adjustment request of the microgrid (MG).
