The embodiment of the invention discloses a switch control circuit, a control method of a switch circuit, a battery pack and a terminal. The switch control circuit comprises a control unit, a motor switch loop and a generator switch loop, and the control unit is used for acquiring electric quantity data of a battery module and generating a first control instruction or a second control instruction according to the electric quantity data; the motor switch loop is respectively connected with the battery module, the motor and the control unit; the motor switch loop is used for conducting a loop for supplying power to the motor by the battery module according to the first control instruction; the generator switch loop is respectively connected with the generator, the motor switch loop and the control unit; and the generator switch loop is used for switching on a loop for supplying power to the motor by the generator and switching on a loop for charging the battery module by the generator according to the second control instruction. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, continuous high-rate charging and discharging and hybrid switching of the battery module can be realized, and the problem that the battery pack cannot continuously discharge at high rate is solved.

    本发明实施例公开一种开关控制电路、开关电路的控制方法、电池包以及终端。该开关控制电路包括:控制单元,电动机开关回路和发电机开关回路,控制单元用于获取电池模组的电量数据,并根据电量数据生成第一控制指令或第二控制指令;电动机开关回路分别与电池模组、电动机以及控制单元连接;电动机开关回路用于根据第一控制指令导通电池模组向电动机供电的回路;发电机开关回路分别与发电机、电动机开关回路以及控制单元连接;发电机开关回路用于根据第二控制指令,导通发电机向电动机供电的回路,并导通发电机向电池模组充电的回路。本发明提供的技术方案可以实现电池模组持续高倍率充放电和混动切换,解决电池包存在不能持续高倍率放电问题。
