A switch control circuit may include: a driver configured to control switching of a high voltage switch; a first controller configured to output a first control signal; a second controller configured to detect a fault of the first controller and to output a second control signal corresponding to a fault detection result of the first controller; a first buffer and a second buffer configured to output an output signal corresponding to the first control signal or make an output terminal open in response to the second control signal; a third buffer; a holding circuit configured to include a resistor connected between an output terminal of the first buffer and an output terminal of the third terminal and a capacitor connected between an input terminal and ground; and a switch circuit configured to transfer an output signal of the second buffer or the third buffer to the driver in response to the second control signal.
