The invention discloses a pipeline defect detection device based on a mechanical arm carried by an unmanned aerial vehicle. The pipeline defect detection device comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle, the mechanical arm, a detection probe and the like. One end of the mechanical arm is installed on the unmanned aerial vehicle carrying platform, the other end of the mechanical arm is provided with the detection probe, the whole device is carried by the unmanned aerial vehicle to a designated place, the mechanical arm can achieve multi-degree-of-freedom movement and is used for adjusting the position and angle of the detection probe, and the detection probe conducts pipe wall defect detection on a pipeline. The detection equipment is combined with the unmanned aerial vehicle through the mechanical arm, manpower is saved, the detection efficiency is improved, a lightweight structure is used, the constraint of space is eliminated, and the high-altitude boiler water-cooled wall tube can be conveniently detected.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机搭载机械臂的管道缺陷检测装置,包括无人机、机械臂、检测探头等。机械臂一端安装在无人机搭载平台上,另一端安装检测探头,整个装置由无人机搭载到指定地点,机械臂可以实现多自由度运动,用于调整检测探头的位置与角度,由检测探头对管道进行管壁缺陷检测。该发明实现了检测设备通过机械臂与无人机结合,节约了人力,提高了检测效率,使用轻量化的结构,摆脱了空间的束缚,能够方便地检测到处于高空的锅炉水冷壁管。
