The air outlets of the charger units of the battery compartment positions are in butt joint with the exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe is arranged on the battery rack of the charging module, so that heat accumulation at the charging module is reduced. Meanwhile, the battery rack and the exhaust pipe of the charging module are arranged to be of a two-section structure which is spliced up and down, so that the charging module can be manufactured and transported in a module unit mode, and the manufacturing and transporting cost is effectively reduced.
