The charging module is of a frame structure and comprises a base and a supporting assembly, wherein the supporting assembly comprises a plurality of first supporting units and a plurality of longitudinal connecting beam units, the first supporting units extend in the vertical direction, the bottoms of the first supporting units are connected with the base, the first supporting units are arranged at intervals along an edge of the base; every two adjacent first supporting units are connected through the corresponding longitudinal connecting beam unit. By using the frame structure type charging module, defects of unstable manufacturing period and unstable quality of the container type battery swap station caused by the need of manually manufacturing a container body are overcome; and each component of the frame structure is easier to realize automatic flow line production, so the manufacturing period and stability of production quality are ensured. Different size and strength requirements of the charging module can be met by adjusting the number and interval of the first supporting units and the longitudinal connecting beam units, and the manufacturing period is shortened.
本发明公开一种充电模块及包括其的换电站、储能站,充电模块为框架结构,且包括底座和支撑组件,支撑组件包括多个第一支撑单元和多个纵向连接梁单元,第一支撑单元沿竖直方向延伸,多个第一支撑单元的底部与底座连接,并沿底座的边缘间隔设置;相邻的两个第一支撑单元通过纵向连接梁单元连接。本发明通过使用框架结构式的充电模块,克服了因为需要人工制造集装箱箱体而导致的集装箱式换电站的制造周期不稳定以及质量不稳定的缺陷。框架结构的各组成部件更容易实现自动化流水线生产,保证制作周期和生产质量的稳定性。还可以通过调整第一支撑单元和纵向连接梁单元的数量和间隔来满足充电模块不同的尺寸和强度需求,减少制作周期。
