The invention discloses a tower crane active safety early warning system based on 77GHz millimeter wave radar, comprising: a front-end sensing module for acquiring detection data in a coverage area through a plurality of 77GHz millimeter wave radar sensor devices arranged on a tower crane; the data processing module is used for processing the active detection data input by the front-end sensing equipment, completing data identification, data summarization, processing and analysis, and returning the processed detection and early warning data to related display early warning equipment; and the active early warning display module is used for acquiring the detection and early warning data processed by the data processing module, providing an entrance for use and operation of the system and carrying out early warning display or safety linkage operation at a display end, and meanwhile, a background central control room carries out remote active safety early warning system data management and displays the data on a large screen. According to the invention, safety accidents are effectively prevented, the active safety coefficient of construction is increased, and the intelligent and informationized security control level and working efficiency of the intelligent construction site are further promoted.

    本发明公布了一种基于77GHz毫米波雷达的塔吊主动安全预警系统,包括:前端传感模块,其通过布设于塔吊的多个77GHz毫米波雷达传感器设备获取覆盖范围内探测数据;数据处理模块,其处理前端传感设备输入的主动探测数据,完成数据识别、数据汇总、处理和分析,并返回处理后的探测和预警数据到相关展示预警设备;主动预警展示模块,其获取所述数据处理模块的处理后的探测和预警数据,其提供所述系统使用操作的入口,在展示端进行预警展示或者安全联动操作,同时后台中控室进行远程主动安全预警系统数据管理并在大屏展示。本发明有效防止出现安全事故,在增加施工的主动安全系数的同时,也进一步推动智慧工地的智能化、信息化的安防管控水平和工作效率。
