The invention provides a method for diagnosing misfire of an engine of a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: respectively calibrating detection thresholds of misfire during series connection and parallel connection; determining whether the vehicle is in a parallel mode or a series mode of an engine and motor driving mode; if the vehicle is in the parallel connection mode, the detection threshold value of the misfire is reached, and the maximum misfire fault is reached, the vehicle is switched to the series connection mode; in the series mode, the angular velocity of rotation of the crankshaft is calculated by an applied rotational speed sensor on the crankshaft, and when the acceleration of the angular velocity exceeds a threshold, the system diagnoses that misfire occurs. When an engine misfire condition occurs, according to whether the current vehicle is in a parallel mode or a series mode of an engine and motor driving mode, if the current vehicle is in the parallel mode, a misfire detection threshold value is reached and a maximum misfire fault is reached, the vehicle is switched to the series mode, and a misfire cylinder is determined, so that the risk of breaking a wrong cylinder in the parallel mode can be overcome; therefore, the accuracy of misfire detection is improved.

    本发明提供了一种插电式混合动力汽车发动机失火的诊断方法,包括:分别标定串联和并联时的失火的检测阈值;确定车辆处于发动机及电机驱动方式的并联模式还是串联模式;若车辆处于并联模式,达到了失火的检测阈值并且达到失火最大故障时,车辆切换到串联模式;在串联模式下,通过曲轴上的应用转速传感器计算曲轴旋转的角速度,当角速度的加速度超过阈值,系统诊断为发生失火。当出现发动机失火状况时,根据当前车辆处于发动机及电机驱动方式的并联模式还是串联模式,如果是并联模式,达到了失火的检测阈值并且达到达到失火最大故障,则切换到串联模式,确定失火缸,可以克服并联模式下断错缸的风险,从而增加失火检测的准确性。
