The invention belongs to the technical field of logistics equipment, and particularly relates to an automatic article carrying trolley which comprises a bearing mechanism, a power mechanism, an article receiving mechanism and a tank cleaning mechanism, the middle of the lower surface of the bearing mechanism is connected with the power mechanism through a bolt, and the upper surface of the bearing mechanism is connected with the article receiving mechanism through a bolt; the tank cleaning mechanism is arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the bearing mechanism, and the tank cleaning device further comprises an object pouring mechanism capable of pouring out goods in a container. According to the automatic article carrying trolley, through cooperation of the torsion motor and the driving motor, the moving direction and speed of the trolley can be controlled; through the arrangement of the concentric-square-shaped scanner, code scanning registration can be conducted on goods when the goods fall, and whether the goods are overloaded or not is sensed under the action of the pressure sensor; and finally, under the action of a telescopic hydraulic rod and a self-locking hydraulic rod, a soft spraying sheet can be broken off in a matched manner, so that the shape of the object receiving tank is used for external disinfection.
