The left track frame assembly comprises a left track frame, a left core rod, a left connecting rod, a left supporting rod, a left supporting wheel, a left auxiliary frame, a left front wheel, a left rear wheel and a left driving wheel; the right track frame assembly comprises a right track frame, a right core rod, a right connecting rod, a right supporting rod, a right supporting wheel, a right auxiliary frame, a right front wheel, a right rear wheel and a right driving wheel; the left side track frame assembly and the right side track frame assembly can support a track to form a triangle, meanwhile, the chassis body is pushed upwards, the center of gravity is raised, standing is achieved, then dumping is achieved, and obstacle crossing and ditch crossing actions are completed. The robot can carry a certain robot load to run at a certain speed, meanwhile, the robot has high obstacle crossing and ditch crossing capacity, and the obstacle crossing and ditch crossing capacity of the robot is improved along with increase of the load of the chassis.
本发明揭示了一种站立‑倾倒变形履带机器人底盘,其主体结构由底盘主体以及左侧履带架总成、右侧履带架总成以及安装在其上的履带组成;所述的左侧履带架总成包含左侧履带架、左侧核心杆、左连杆、左支撑杆、左支撑轮、左侧副车架、左前轮、左后轮、左主动轮;所述的右侧履带架总成包含右侧履带架、右侧核心杆、右连杆、右支撑杆、右支撑轮、右侧副车架、右前轮、右后轮、右主动轮;所述的左侧履带架总成、右侧履带架总成可将履带撑起为三角形,并同时将所述的底盘主体向上推出,抬高重心实现站立,进而倾倒,以完成越障、越沟动作。本发明可携带一定的机器人载荷以一定速度行驶,同时具有较强的越障、越沟能力,其越障、越沟能力随着底盘的载荷增大而增加。
