The invention discloses a lightweight foldable tracked robot chassis which comprises a main track driving wheel, a main track driven wheel, an auxiliary track driving wheel, an auxiliary track driven wheel, a first driving device and a second driving device, wherein a main track and an auxiliary track on the same side have the same speed and realize differential steering with the independent other side. According to the lightweight foldable tracked robot chassis, a motor and a speed reducer in a driving system adopt products of Maxon, so that the layout is compact and the overall size is small; moreover, the parts are made of carbon fibers, aluminum alloy and other composite materials, so that the strength is higher, the weight of the chassis is reduced greatly, and the maneuverability of a robot is improved. In addition, a swing arm is designed to enhance the environmental adaptability and cope with the harsh terrain environment.
