The method comprises the steps of firstly determining an estimated plane geometric feature of a target object; then, according to the standard space geometric features and the estimated plane geometric features of the target object, initial pose information of the target object is determined; and finally, adjusting the initial pose information according to the estimated plane geometric features to obtain target pose information. According to the method, the spatial geometric features and the estimated plane geometric features of the target object are fully considered, and the accuracy of the determined target pose information of the target object can be effectively improved; in addition, the determined initial pose information can be adjusted based on the imaging geometric features of the camera and the estimated plane geometric features, and the accuracy of the determined target pose information is further improved.
