The invention belongs to the field of aero-engine design, and relates to a perforated silencing plate layering structure which comprises a transverse layering part and a longitudinal layering part, the transverse layering part and the longitudinal layering part are integrally arranged, the transverse layering part comprises first transverse plates and first longitudinal plates, and the multiple sets of first transverse plates and first longitudinal plates form an S-shaped structure; the longitudinal laying piece comprises second transverse plates and second longitudinal plates, and the multiple sets of second transverse plates and second longitudinal plates form an S-shaped structure. According to the invention, the transverse laying piece and the longitudinal laying piece which are integrally arranged are arranged, the transverse laying piece and the longitudinal laying piece are mutually crossed in structure to form a spatial itinerant structure, and a three-dimensional bearing structure is formed through integral repeated overlapping, so that the overall and local fatigue resistance is improved; when the noise reduction plate is used, the transverse laying piece and the longitudinal laying piece can be stressed at the same time for loads in any direction, so that the loads are dispersed to all positions of the noise reduction plate, interlayer stripping is prevented, meanwhile, the overall performance is improved, and the load resistance and the deformation resistance are greatly improved.
