The embodiment of the invention provides a transmission system and a helicopter. The device comprises a main rotor speed reducer and a front tilt angle adjusting actuator which are arranged in a helicopter body of the helicopter; a rotor shaft is installed on the main rotor speed reducer, a plurality of hinge points are formed between the main rotor speed reducer and the fuselage, the rotation axes of the hinge points are parallel to one another, and the rotation axis of each hinge point is perpendicular to the heading axis of the fuselage. The front rake adjusting actuator is connected between the main rotor speed reducer and the fuselage, and the front rake adjusting actuator is configured to drive the main rotor speed reducer to rotate around a plurality of hinge points relative to the fuselage. When the front inclination angle adjusting actuator drives the main rotor speed reducer to rotate around a plurality of hinge points relative to the fuselage, the main rotor speed reducer inclines forwards relative to the fuselage, the rotor shaft installed on the main rotor speed reducer is driven to incline forwards, the front inclination angle of the rotor shaft is changed, and then the negative attack angle of the fuselage is compensated. And the resistance of the helicopter body is kept minimum in different flight states of the helicopter.
