The invention discloses a circuit for balancing energy of a series lithium battery pack and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of lithium battery energy balancing. Comprising a charging power supply, a series battery pack, an equalization circuit and a load, the equalization circuit is formed by interleaving and connecting equalization sub-modules in parallel, each equalization sub-module comprises an inductor, a diode and two switch tubes, one switch tube is used in a boost circuit, and the other switch tube is a bridging switch. The method can be used for energy equalization of the single battery and other batteries in the battery pack, and can assist a module equalization process in battery equalization. The system is simple in structure, flexible in equalization mode, high in equalization speed and easy in circuit expansion, can be widely applied to energy equalization of the lithium battery pack, relieves energy inconsistency of the battery pack so as to prolong the endurance mileage of a new energy automobile, can also be applied to large-scale energy storage equipment, and prolongs the cycle life of the battery pack.

    一种用于串联锂电池组能量均衡的电路及其控制方法,涉及锂电池能量均衡技术领域。包括充电电源、串联电池组、均衡电路和负载,均衡电路由均衡子模块交错并联构成,其均衡子模块中包含电感、二极管和两个开关管,其中一个开关管用于升压电路中,另一个开关管是跨接开关,能够用于单体电池与电池组中其余电池的能量均衡,并能够辅助电池均衡中的模块均衡过程。本发明结构较为简单,均衡方式灵活,均衡速度快,电路易于扩展,能够广泛应用于锂电池组能量均衡问题,缓解电池组的能量不一致性,从而延长新能源汽车续航里程,亦可应用于大规模储能设备中,延长电池组的循环寿命。
