The invention discloses a soft start circuit, which comprises a lithium battery pack protection board and a lithium battery pack, wherein the external of the lithium battery pack is connected with a resistance-capacitance load; the protection board is provided with a charging MOS tube Q1 and a discharging MOS tube Q2 which are connected with the lithium battery pack, and a master control module which is connected with the lithium battery pack, the charging MOS tube Q1 and the discharging MOS tube Q2. The soft start circuit comprises a current-limiting resistor, a resettable fuse, an MOS tube Q3 and a switch control unit. The MOS tube Q3 is connected with the lithium battery and one end of the current-limiting resistor; the other end of the current-limiting resistor is connected with the resettable fuse, and the resettable fuse is connected with the charging MOS tube Q1; and the switch control unit is connected with the main control module and the MOS tube Q3, and controls the on or off of the MOS tube Q3 according to the signal of the main control module. The current-limiting resistor and the resettable fuse are arranged to charge the capacitor of the resistance-capacitance load and supply power to the resistance load, and the discharging MOS tube Q2 is started after charging is finished, so that the situation that the soft start of the automobile resistance-capacitance load cannot be adapted to enter short-circuit protection is avoided, and the lithium battery pack is normally started.

    本发明公开一种软启动电路、锂电池组保护板、锂电池组,锂电池组外部连接有阻容性负载;保护板上设有与锂电池组连接的充电MOS管Q1和放电MOS管Q2,以及与锂电池组、充电MOS管Q1、放电MOS管Q2连接的主控模块;软启动电路包括:限流电阻、自恢复保险丝、MOS管Q3和开关控制单元;MOS管Q3与锂电池和限流电阻一端连接;限流电阻另一端与自恢复保险丝连接、自恢复保险丝与充电MOS管Q1连接;开关控制单元与主控模块和MOS管Q3连接,根据主控模块的信号控制MOS管Q3导通或关断。本发明通过设置限流电阻、自恢复保险丝、对阻容性负载的电容充电和电阻负载供电,充电结束后再开启放电MOS管Q2,避免不能适应汽车阻容性负载软启动进入短路保护的情况,正常启动锂电池组。
