When a flying body including an illuminance sensor (500) measures the illuminance by the illuminance sensor (500) while flying, the illuminance measured by the illuminance sensor (500) may deviate due to the angle formed by the incident direction of sunlight and the flying direction of the flying body being different. The determination means may determine a flight path of a flying body including an illuminance sensor (500). The determination device may include circuitry configured to: acquire a date, time and position at which the flying body flies while the illuminance is measured by the illuminance sensor (500); a flight path of the flight body is determined such that an angle formed by a direction of the sun based on the date, time and position and a flight direction of the flight body is included within a preset angle range.
