The invention relates to a railway catenary dropper length measuring method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle and machine vision. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a video image of a catenary by using the unmanned aerial vehicle; selecting an image containing a dropper; restoring the image with the motion blur; removing complex backgrounds of the images, and respectively retaining images of two areas of the connection part of the dropper and the carrier cable and the connection part of the dropper and the contact line; performing edge detection on the image; performing Hough straight line detection on the obtained edge detection result to obtain contour lines of upper and lower boundaries of the carrier cable and the contact line, and obtaining vertical coordinates of upper and lower boundary lines of the carrier cable and the contact line; and calculating the length of the dropper by using the longitudinal coordinates of the upper and lower boundary lines of the carrier cable and the contact line. According to the method, the length of the dropper of the high-speed rail overhead line system can be measured quickly, efficiently and safely, whether the dropper breaks down or not is judged, and the method has the advantages of being high in efficiency, safety and measurement precision.

    本发明涉及一种基于无人机和机器视觉的铁路接触网吊弦长度测量方法,包括:使用无人机采集接触网的视频图像;选取包含有吊弦的图像;对出现运动模糊的图像进行复原;去除图像的复杂背景,分别保留吊弦与承力索连接处以及吊弦与接触线连接处两个区域的图像;对图像进行边缘检测;对得到的边缘检测结果进行霍夫直线检测,得到承力索和接触线的上下边界的轮廓线,并得到承力索和接触线的上下边界线的纵坐标;利用承力索和接触线的上下边界线的纵坐标,计算吊弦的长度。本发明能够快速高效安全地完成对高铁接触网吊弦长度的测量,进而判断出吊弦是否发生故障,具有效率高、安全性高以及测量精度高的优势。
