The invention relates to the technical field of water-cooled refrigerated container ships, in particular to an anti-collision structure and an anti-collision method for a cooling water hose of a ship container. The ship container cooling water hose anti-collision structure comprises a ship cooling water pipeline system, a hose assembly connected with the ship cooling water pipeline system and a U-shaped pipe used for being fixed to a ship body, and the ship cooling water pipeline system comprises a cooling water supply pipeline and a cooling water return pipeline which are used for container cooling. The hose assembly comprises a water inlet hose and a water return hose, one end of the water inlet hose is connected to the cooling water supply pipeline, and one end of the water return hose is connected to the cooling water return pipeline. Pipe joints used for being connected with the water inlet hose and the water return hose in a matched mode are correspondingly arranged on pipe openings in the two ends of the U-shaped pipe respectively. Damage to the cooling water hose can be avoided or reduced, and using safety and reliability of the ship container cooling water hose are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及水冷式冷藏集装箱船技术领域,具体涉及一种船舶集装箱冷却水软管防撞结构及防撞方法。船舶集装箱冷却水软管防撞结构包括船舶冷却水管路系统、连接所述船舶冷却水管路系统的软管组件和用于固定在船体上的U型管,所述船舶冷却水管路系统包括用于集装箱冷却的冷却水供水管路和冷却水回水管路,所述软管组件包括进水软管和回水软管,且所述进水软管的一端连接在所述冷却水供水管路上,所述回水软管的一端连接在所述冷却水回水管路上,所述U型管的两端管口上分别对应设置有用于与所述进水软管、回水软管相适配连接的管接头。本发明可以避免或减少冷却水软管的损伤,保证船舶集装箱冷却水软管使用的安全性和可靠性。
