A novel lightweight double-wishbone independent suspension system comprises a steering knuckle, the steering knuckle is rotationally connected with a supporting arm through a main pin, the upper portion of the supporting arm is rotationally connected with an upper control arm through a tapered roller bearing, and the main pin extends downwards to be connected with a lower control arm through a spherical hinge; an elastic element, a damping element, a stabilizer bar and the like are installed on an integrated interface of the supporting arm, the elastic element is installed at the upper end of the supporting arm, the upper portion of the supporting arm is rotationally connected with the upper control arm below the elastic element through a tapered roller bearing, and the damping element below the upper control arm is connected with the supporting arm through a lining and a liner. The supporting arm is further connected with a stabilizing rod. The stabilizer bar is connected with the supporting arm through the suspender; compared with the prior art, on the basis of the bearing decoupling type double-swing-arm independent suspension, the connecting relation between the structure of the main pin and the lower control arm is improved, and therefore the decoupling principle of the bearing decoupling type double-swing-arm independent suspension is the same as that of the bearing decoupling type double-swing-arm independent suspension.

    一种新型轻量化双横臂独立悬架系统,包括转向节,转向节通过主销与支撑臂转动连接,支撑臂的上部与上控制臂通过圆锥滚子轴承转动连接,所述主销向下延伸通过球铰链与下控制臂连接;支撑臂上面集成接口安装安装弹性元件、阻尼元件、稳定杆等,支撑臂上端安装弹性元件,支撑臂的上部与上控制臂通过圆锥滚子轴承在弹性元件下方转动连接,阻尼元件在上控制臂下方与支撑臂通过衬套和衬垫连接,支撑臂上还连接有稳定杆;稳定杆通过吊杆与支撑臂连接;相对于现有技术,本发明是在轴承解耦式双摆臂独立悬架的基础上改进主销的结构与下控制臂的连接关系,所以本发明的解耦原理与轴承解耦式双摆臂独立悬架相同。
