The invention provides a battery heating method and system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining an allowable charging current according to the temperature of a battery through a battery management system when the battery begins to be charged, judging whether the current is smaller than a preset threshold value or not, and if yes, sending a heating instruction which carries heating power to an electrically-driven boost system, and the electrically-driven boost system obtains a heating current according to the power, then determines a three-phase current of a three-phase motor in the electrically-driven boost circuit based on the allowable charging current and the heating current, and adjusts a three-phase bridge arm of a three-phase inverter in the circuit according to the current so as to heat the battery. Under the working condition of low-temperature charging of the battery, electric-drive boosting charging and electric-drive active heating are achieved at the same time through the electric-drive boosting circuit, various application requirements are met, the problems that an existing battery is low in heating speed, long in charging time, complex in heating structure and high in cost are solved, and the charging performance of the battery at the low temperature is improved.
