According to the scheme, extension and retraction of the lifting arm of the lifting device are met, and the total length of the lifting rope is changed along with the movement of the horizontal moving case by pushing synchronous rotation of the motor and the winding reel I, so that the objective table is kept stable; meanwhile, the service power of the motor is reduced, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种桥梁施工用小型吊运装置,包括底座和安装在底座上的配重机箱,配重机箱上转动安装有提升机箱,提升机箱上安装有水平滑动设置的水平移动机箱以及用于推动水平移动机箱的水平驱动机构;水平驱动机构与设置在水平移动机箱上的绕线机构传动连接,且水平移动机箱的移动速度与绕线机构的收放线速度一致;水平移动机箱内设置提拉绳,提拉绳一端连接在绕线机构上,另一端与提升机箱内的滑轮机构相连接,在提升机箱上安装有用于拉动滑轮机构的提升驱动机构;本方案满足吊运装置吊臂的伸缩,通过推动电机与卷线筒一同步转动,保证水平移动机箱在移动时,提拉绳的总长随之变化,使载物台保持稳定;同时降低了电机的使用功率,降低能耗。
