When the unmanned aerial vehicle is used, after the lifting device is started, the unmanned aerial vehicle can move towards a cable of a tower, then the wheel groove formed in the hook mechanism is matched with the cable in a clamped mode, the position of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be positioned, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be driven to move on the cable through the lifting device, the flight stability is good, and the inspection efficiency is high.
