The invention discloses a double-winding drive-by-wire redundancy braking system for a pilotless automobile, which comprises two outlet liquid storage tanks for storing a pressurizing medium; the first controller ECU and the second controller ECU are used for controlling the whole device; and the connecting end of the motor main cylinder is communicated with the connecting ends of the two outlet liquid storage tanks through pipelines. The first double-winding hollow shaft motor winding and the second double-winding hollow shaft motor winding are arranged in the double-winding hollow shaft motor assembly, and are matched with the first controller ECU and the second controller ECU which are independent and backup for each other; when one of the first double-winding hollow shaft motor winding and the second double-winding hollow shaft motor winding is invalid, the other is involved in time, and when one of the first controller ECU and the second controller ECU is invalid, the other is involved in time, so that the effectiveness of all braking functions can be ensured, and the braking efficiency is improved. Therefore, the feasibility of redundant braking of unmanned driving can be met.
本发明公开了用于无人驾驶汽车的双绕组线控冗余制动系统,包括:两出口储液罐,用于存储加压介质;用于控制整体装置的第一控制器ECU和第二控制器ECU;电机主缸,其连接端与两出口储液罐的连接端通过管道相连通。本发明通过双绕组空心轴电机总成的内部具备第一双绕组空心轴电机绕组和第二双绕组空心轴电机绕组,配合两套独立的、互为备份的第一控制器ECU和第二控制器ECU,在第一双绕组空心轴电机绕组或第二双绕组空心轴电机绕组其中一个失效时,另一个将及时介入,第一控制器ECU或第二控制器ECU其中一个失效时,则另一个也将及时介入,能够保证全部制动功能的有效性,从而可满足无人驾驶冗余制动的可行性。
