The invention discloses an automobile integrated electro-hydraulic brake system pedal connecting rod structure which comprises a mechanical main cylinder piston, an arc-shaped bottom face is formed in the mechanical main cylinder piston, a rear connecting rod assembly is inserted into the arc-shaped bottom face, and the surface of the rear connecting rod assembly is sleeved with an automatic reset assembly. The two parts of the connecting rod are connected in a dovetail type bolt mode, the requirement for axial force transmission is met, meanwhile, the machining, manufacturing and assembling processes have the advantages, and in order to avoid tiny relative sliding of the two split bodies in the cylindrical section direction, the point-and-mortise process is added to the outer end face of the clamping groove; an arc-shaped surface is processed on the inner bottom surface of the piston, meanwhile, a ball head sliding clamping sleeve is additionally designed, and a spring is additionally arranged between a front split ball head of the connecting rod and the piston, so that the connecting rod has certain centering and automatic returning capabilities. And the two split parts of the connecting rod can be roughly machined after being cast, so that the production efficiency of parts is improved, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种汽车集成式电液制动系统踏板连杆结构,包括机械主缸活塞,所述机械主缸活塞内部开设有弧形底面,所述弧形底面内部插设有后连杆装配体,所述后连杆装配体表面套接有自动复位组件,连杆的两个部分通过燕尾型插销方式连接,满足轴向力传递的同时,加工制造和装配工艺均有优势,为了避免两个分体在圆柱截面方向上有微小相对滑动,在卡槽外端面增加点卯工艺;活塞内底面加工了弧形面,同时增加了球头滑动卡套的设计,连杆前分体球头与活塞之间增加了弹簧,使连杆具备一定的对心和自动归位的能力。机加工工作量少,连杆两个分体部分可以通过铸造后粗加工的方式,提高了零件的生产效率、降低成本。
