The invention discloses a bionic robotic fish tail fin forming device and method. The forming device comprises a tail fin framework, a connecting base and two forming dies. Grooves with fishtail outlines are machined in the two forming dies respectively, the sides, provided with the grooves, of the two forming dies are in butt joint and sealed, the two grooves are in butt joint to form a forming cavity, a connecting base is fixed to the butt joint face, an injection hole is machined in the connecting base, injection openings communicated with the grooves are formed in the butt joint faces of the two forming dies, and the injection openings are communicated with the injection holes. The extending part of the connecting base is located in the injection opening, and the tail fin framework is arranged in the forming groove and located on the extending part. The forming method comprises the steps that a, a 3D forming die, a connecting base and a tail fin framework are established through product design software; b, the tail fin framework is fixed to the connecting base; and c, closing the mold, injecting the mixed liquid, and opening the mold after shaping to obtain the bionic robotic fish tail fin. The forming device is compact in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the formed fish tail fin increases the flexibility of the robotic fish and better fits the characteristics of the soft body of the fish body.

    仿生机器鱼尾鳍成型装置及方法,成型装置包含尾鳍骨架、连接座和两个成型模;两个成型模上分别加工有呈鱼尾外轮廓的凹槽,两个成型模的带有凹槽的一侧对接并密封,两个凹槽对接为成型腔,对接面上固定有连接座,连接座上加工有加注孔,两个成型模的对接面上具有与凹槽贯通的注入口,连接座的延伸部位于注入口内,尾鳍骨架布置在成型槽内并定位于所述延伸部。成型方法包含:a、先通过产品设计软件建立3D成型模、连接座和尾鳍骨架;b、将尾鳍骨架固定于连接座上;c、合模注入混合液,定型后开模,得到仿生机器鱼尾鳍。该成型装置结构紧凑,便于拆装,成型得到的鱼尾鳍增加了机器鱼的灵活性,更好的贴切鱼体软体的特性。
