The invention provides a solid tire with a heat dissipation structure, comprising: a hub provided with a rim; the inner tube is mounted on the rim; the outer tire is located on the outer layer of the inner tire and installed on the rim; the partitions are in a transverse strip shape, and the multiple partitions are fixedly distributed between the inner tube and the outer tube; the air room is a space formed by the two adjacent partitions and the rim of the inner tire, the outer tire and the hub; the two adjacent air rooms are separated by the shared partition and are not ventilated with each other; the plurality of vent holes are through holes formed in the rim and are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of air rooms; when the outer tire makes contact with the ground and is pressed and deformed, rubber is stressed and deformed, heat can be generated, meanwhile, the size of the air cavity is reduced through pressed deformation, air is sprayed outwards from the vent holes, when the outer tire leaves the ground and restores, external air enters the air cavity from the vent holes, and therefore rapid exchange flowing of the air is achieved, and the heat generated when the tire is pressed is discharged.

    本发明提供一种具有散热结构的实心轮胎,包括:轮毂,设有车辋;内胎,安装于所述车辋上;外胎,位于内胎外层,安装于所述车辋上;隔断,为横条状,若干个所述隔断固定分布于所述内胎与外胎之间;气房,为相邻两个所述隔断与所述内胎、外胎及轮毂的车辋形成的空间;相邻两个所述气房被共用的所述隔断分开,彼此不通气;通气孔,若干个所述通气孔为开于所述车辋上的通孔,与若干个所述气房一一对应;本发明外胎接触地面受压变形时,橡胶受力变形会产生热量,同时受压变形使得气腔体积变小,气体从通气孔向外喷出,当外胎离开地面恢复原状时,外部气体从通气孔进入气腔,从而实现气体快速交换流动,将轮胎受压产生的热量排出去。
