The present invention discloses a tire rim heat dissipation structure. The tire rim heat dissipation structure comprises a steel rim. A water retaining ring is arranged on the other side, opposite to radial plate, of the steel rim. The water retaining ring is annular. The tire rim heat dissipation structure is simple and reasonable in design, cooling water is blocked in the steel rim through the water retaining ring and prevented from flowing out, and therefore the effect of cooling a tire and a brake drum is achieved.
