The invention provides a tire pattern design method for improving the anti-floating performance of a tire and the tire, belongs to the field of tire design, and can solve the problem that other performances are reduced due to the fact that the anti-floating performance of the tire is improved by changing the size of a pattern groove traditionally. The design method comprises the following steps: establishing a tire pattern main groove model, performing parameter setting adjustment on a main groove wall section and a main groove bottom groove on the premise of ensuring that the size of a pattern groove is not changed to obtain a tire pattern model, and performing drainage analysis to obtain a tire pattern structure. According to the tire pattern obtained through the tire pattern design method, the flow resistance is reduced, the anti-floating performance of the tire is improved, and meanwhile the tire noise is reduced.

    本发明提出一种提升轮胎抗水漂性能的轮胎花纹设计方法及轮胎,属于轮胎设计领域,能够解决传统的通过改变花纹沟体积提升轮胎抗水漂性能而导致其他性能降低的问题。上述设计方法包括以下步骤,建立轮胎花纹主沟模型,在保证花纹沟体积不变的前提下,对主沟沟壁断面和主沟底部沟槽进行参数设置调整,得到轮胎花纹模型,进行排水性分析,得到轮胎花纹结构。采用本发明的轮胎花纹设计方法获得的轮胎花纹,降低流动阻力、提升轮胎抗水漂性能的同时降低轮胎噪音。
