Comprising a power supply and a three-phase bridge-type topology module, the power supply is connected with the starter generator through the three-phase bridge-type topology module, the power supply is a direct-current power supply, when the electromotive force of the power supply is higher than that of the starter generator, the three-phase bridge-type topology module converts the direct current of the power supply into alternating current, and the alternating current is connected with the starter generator through the three-phase bridge-type topology module. The forward rotation of the starter generator is started; and when the bus voltage after the back electromotive force rectification of the starter-generator is higher than or equal to the voltage of the power supply, the three-phase bridge topology module converts the alternating current provided by the starter-generator into direct current to charge the power supply. The invention is used for reducing the control cost of the starter-generator.
