The invention discloses a self-power-generation power supply device and a power supply method for tower crane lifting hook equipment. The self-generating power supply device comprises a friction wheel, the rolling face of the friction wheel makes contact with the steel wire rope close to the assembly plate, a rotating shaft of the friction wheel is connected with a mechanical force input shaft of the direct-current generator, and the friction wheel rotates under friction of the steel wire rope under the movement action of the steel wire rope so as to drive the direct-current generator to generate power. Therefore, the direct-current generator charges a rechargeable battery of the rechargeable battery assembly. And the power output of the rechargeable battery is divided into two paths, one path directly supplies power to the processor and the inertial sensor, and the other path supplies power to electric equipment mounted on the lifting hook equipment through the electric control switch. The inertial sensor installed on the lifting hook equipment is connected with the processor, and the processor controls the electric control switch to be turned on and turned off. Self-power generation can be achieved through kinetic energy of the steel wire rope to continuously supply power to electric equipment on the lifting hook equipment, and the device is easy to achieve, low in cost and suitable for popularization.

    本发明公开了一种用于塔吊吊钩设备的自发电供电装置及供电方法。自发电供电装置包括摩擦轮,摩擦轮的滚动面与靠近装配板的钢丝绳接触,摩擦轮的转动轴与直流发电机的机械力输入轴连接,摩擦轮在钢丝绳的运动作用下受钢丝绳摩擦发生旋转,以带动直流发电机发电,从而直流发电机对充电电池组件的充电电池充电。充电电池的电源输出分两路,一路直接为处理器和惯性传感器供电,另一路经由电控开关为安装在吊钩设备上的用电设备供电。安装在吊钩设备上的惯性传感器与处理器连接,处理器控制电控开关的打开与关闭。本发明利用钢丝绳动能可实现自行发电来对吊钩设备上的用电设备进行持续供电,易实现,成本低,适于推广。
