The invention provides a booster master cylinder, and belongs to the technical field of brake systems. The problem that braking resistance is generated due to the fact that oil pressure in an existing oil supplementing cavity is too high is solved. The booster master pump comprises a pump body and a piston assembly arranged in the pump body, an inner cavity of the pump body is sequentially divided into a brake cavity, an oil supplementing cavity and an oil inlet cavity by the piston assembly, and the piston assembly between the brake cavity and the oil supplementing cavity is connected with a sealing piece capable of enabling oil to flow towards the brake cavity in a one-way mode. An oil inlet communicated with the oil inlet cavity is formed in the side portion of the pump body, an adjusting cavity is further formed in the pump body, an adjusting valve element and an elastic piece are arranged in the adjusting cavity, the adjusting cavity is communicated with the brake cavity, the oil supplementing cavity and the oil inlet, and the adjusting valve element can block the oil supplementing cavity and the oil inlet under the elastic force effect of the elastic piece. The adjusting valve element can overcome the elastic force of the elastic piece to move under the oil pressure effect of the brake cavity and enable the oil supplementing cavity to be communicated with the oil inlet. The booster master cylinder has the advantage of small braking resistance.
