The invention discloses a pressurizing cylinder structure of an integrated electric control brake boosting system. The pressurizing cylinder structure mainly comprises a cylinder body, a piston, a push rod, a main leather cup, auxiliary leather cups, a liquid supplementing hole, a liquid outlet hole and a piston hole. The piston hole formed in one end of cylinder body, the piston is inserted intothe piston hole, the outer side of the piston is connected with the push rod, the main leather cup making contact with the side wall of the piston is installed at the position, close to the piston end, of the inner side wall of the piston hole of the cylinder, the auxiliary leather cups are installed on the sides, facing the open end of the piston hole, of the main leather cup side by side, and the liquid supplementing hole is formed between the main leather cup and the auxiliary leather cups; and the liquid outlet hole is formed in the bottom of the piston hole of the cylinder body. The piston of the pressurizing cylinder can move along with the pressurizing push rod, brake fluid is output very quickly, and the supplementing efficiency of the brake fluid is very high; the pressurizing cylinder is small in overall structural size, compact in system and low in cost.

    本发明公开了一种集成式电控制动助力系统的加压缸结构,主要包括缸体、活塞、推杆、主皮碗、副皮碗、补液孔、出液孔、活塞孔,缸体一端有活塞孔,活塞孔插入有活塞,活塞外侧连接推杆,缸体的活塞孔内侧壁靠近活塞端部的位置安装有与活塞侧壁相接触的主皮碗,主皮碗朝向活塞孔开口端的一侧并排安装有副皮碗,主皮碗与副皮碗之间开有补液孔,缸体在活塞孔底部开有出液孔。本发明加压缸活塞能够跟随加压推杆运动,制动液的输出十分迅速,制动液的补充效率非常高;加压缸整体结构体积减少,系统紧凑,成本较低。
