During assembly, a rotary clamping ring body of a rudderstock body is mounted at the upper ends of a plurality of supporting connecting plates, then a driving ring sleeve rotates to drive a plurality of lower extending plates to synchronously and radially move inwards in a radial clamping channel, and the lower extending plates drive the supporting connecting plates and side limiting plates to synchronously and radially move inwards in an annular abutting groove; therefore, the inner side faces of the multiple side limiting plates synchronously abut against the outer side of the periphery of the rotary clamping ring body, radial limiting is achieved, then a positioning gland is installed on the periphery of the upper end of the rudder bearing body, and the periphery of the lower end of the positioning gland abuts against the periphery of the upper end of the rotary clamping ring body; in this way, the rotary clamping ring body stably rotates in an annular interval defined by the multiple supporting connecting plates, the multiple side limiting plates and the positioning gland, and due to the fact that the adaptive size can be adjusted, the assembling flexibility is improved.
